Former Chicagoan Tom Joris, a graduate/professor of the Art Institute of Chicago is a sculptor, painter and lecturer.  His drawings and paintings were exhibited in the Chicago through the 76th Chicago & Vicinity Artists Exhibitions at the Art institute of Chicago.  He has completed mural commissions for hotels nation wide and works for the suites at the Hyatt Key West.

His career of 25 years in Chicago has been varied.  From television production to advertising which was shown and published nationwide in major magazines and television shows.

Tom served as a professor at the Art Institute, as well as holding lecture demonstrations in sculpture for Chicago Metropolitan area schools.  His sculpture program has appeared on NBC.

Standard Oil, Kemper Insurance, Illinois Bronze and the Prince Corporations are some of his corporate collectors. 

Tom now lives and works in Key West with his family and shows his art work at The Gallery on Greene.
